Anne Rooney McCord, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PI
Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer
Anne has dedicated her career to building transformational work cultures that drive business results. She has over 20 years of Executive-level Human Resources experience in the high tech, start up and non-profit worlds and brings a client-centered vantage point to the ILG team. Anne heads up ILG’s Strategic Services driving cultural transformation and building concrete tools and mitigation strategies for the most difficult people challenges companies face. Anne is also one of two Senior Investigators at ILG responsible for handling some of the most complex and high profile matters. Her expertise in Human Resources and many years in the corporate sector brings value to our clients and assurance that these sensitive matters are handled in a professional and defensible way. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
Jennifer Volmer, PHR, PI
Partner, Chief Experience Officer
Jen is the glue that holds ILG together and is the primary touch point between our practice and our clients. Prior to joining ILG, Jen worked in the legal field for over 20 years specializing in human resources, talent acquisition, strategic planning and client satisfaction. Jen has experience in creating and implementing surveys, organizing data, project design and project management. Jen has deep experience in building and maintaining a healthy company culture.
Jen wears a lot of hats at ILG but her primary role is ensuring smooth and regular client outreach and communication, logistical and tactical support on matters and client file organization and maintenance. Jen is responsible for the Firm’s marketing and community outreach, and coordinates culture strengthening initiatives both within the firm and for our clients.
Jen is active in her community in Evergreen, Colorado as a board member for the Rotary Club of Evergreen and volunteers with various nonprofit organizations. Jen is a graduate of Doherty High School and West Texas A&M University, where she graduated cum laude.
