Daniel W. Griffiths Award
It is without question that the unprecedented success of the GMVHRA is due in great part to the vision and dedication of Daniel W. Griffiths. Seeing the need for a local SHRM presence for himself and his colleagues, Dan set out to establish a chapter to meet the needs of human resources professionals in the Merrimack Valley. Dan’s tremendous commitment to quality combined with his unending energy and enthusiasm was instrumental in creating an organization, which provides a valuable forum for professional education, peer support and fun.
In honor of Dan and his remarkable accomplishments, the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resource Association annually awards The Daniel W. Griffiths Leadership Award to the member who best exemplifies the same level of dedication and enthusiasm to the human resource profession.
