Sponsoring a GMVHRA meeting is a great way to give your organization and services it provides exposure to over 250 HR professionals. The cost to sponsor a meeting is $250.00. What you get in return is the following:
Your logo and organization description will be prominently displayed on the event announcement, which is email blasted at least 3 times to our entire contact list. The event posting is also available on our website up until the day of the event.
10 minutes at the beginning of the meeting to describe your organization and "make your pitch."
The ability to distribute marketing materials to all attendees.
Out of respect to our membership, GMVHRA does not provide member contact information to speakers or sponsors. A raffle is recommended if you wish to collect business cards from attendees.
Check our website for meeting dates and upcoming programs. If no sponsor is listed then that date is open and available.
