TOPIC: "Employee Handbook Hygiene"
If you haven't updated your employee handbook in more than a couple of years, it is time for some clean-up. Although Congress has not done much in some time, the state legislatures and federal agencies have been busy. This session will focus on new policies you need and old policies you need to change. We will also talk about ways to make your handbooks more user friendly, in other words, clear and to the point, and a better reflection of your company culture and vision.
