The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is an independent federal agency that protects the rights of private-sector employees to join together, with or without a union, to improve their working conditions through enforcement of the National Labor Rela­tions Act (NLRA). NLRB Supervisory Attorney Jennifer Dease will review a series of recent changes to federal labor law ranging from changes affecting severance and non- compete agreements, handbook rules and policies, and the standard of protection for employees engaging in Section 7 activities and much more!
