Labor Law for Everyone – What Every Employer Needs to Know (40 Minutes)
This is a labor law presentation for everyone. This presentation will focus on the major recent changes in the law at the National Labor Relations Board which effect all employers, whether union or non-union. Topics will include handbook and workplace rules, new potential expanded scope of damages for ULPs and new guidance on the use of technology to track and monitor employees.
Navigating Paid Medical and Family Leave in Massachusetts (40 Minutes)
This presentation will focus on the Massachusetts Paid Family Medical Leave Act (PFML) and related laws and the myriad of challenges employers are still facing. This presentation will present real-life case studies to help provide practical guidance for the Employer in managing leave issues.
