TWO-PART DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION PRESENTATION:

How to get DEI results when you haven't got a long-term strategy

Many of us have heard that a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy is critical to success. McKinsey's latest research reveals companies with the most ethnically/culturally diverse boards worldwide are 43% more likely to experience higher profits. Even so, DEI efforts tend to get siloed in Human Resources. A long-term DEI strategy would overcome that issue, but what can you do about one "in the moment" right now? At this the time, there are not many good tutorials that reveal the best framework for DEI results. We will review 5 case studies that use new methods and best practices to improve your DEI in various departments. Still, we will also go a step further and dive into using this framework in operational areas to show how you can improve DEI efficiency, effectiveness, and results.

ATTENDEES WILL:

  • ·       Discover what actions increase diverse candidate applications threefold.
  • ·       Learn how to roll out a DEI training program for 100% participation.
  • ·       Learn how to successfully make the case to transition the DEI budget out of HR.
