The demands on HR professional and leaders is unprecedented. This environment as our new normal is taking a toll on the corporate and human psyche. Being a strong and emotionally intelligent leader is no longer enough. There is an emerging need for us to supercharge our leadership and build deeper resiliency. This interactive session will provide tools and techniques on how to leverage recent neuroscience data to create meaning and purpose, manage stress more effectively, and engage and motivate teams to deliver on the company’s mission.
