COMPUTER & DESK STRETCHES

Sitting at a computer for long periods of time can cause neck and shoulder stiffness, as well as occasional lower back pain. Doing these stretches every hour or so throughout your work day, or whenever you're feeling stiff, can help provide some relief. Be sure to also get up and walk around the office for a stretch, when appropriate.
